You’re giddy from the excitement of having just married your best friend. Champagne in hand, the laughter and chatter of your guests follows you as you wind along the footpath towards your reception. The peaks of the marquee are just visible through the trees. The sun is shining and makes the glassware on the tables sparkle as you step into your unique venue, a blank canvas transformed, exactly as you’d imagined it.
Whether it’s a marquee wedding in your own garden at home, a secluded countryside location, or with the stunning backdrop of a venue that’s really special to you, you choose the setting and we will guide you through every stage of the planning process. Your creativity can take over when it comes to styling your marquee. Fill it with fairy lights and use rustic furniture for a laid back atmosphere or adorn it with chandeliers and larger than life glittering gold centre pieces to create a statement look. We can build split level marquees, work around trees and fountains, and overcome sloping lawns. Starlight backdrops look fantastic in your photos, setting the mood for an evening on the dance floor, and a decked patio is a beautiful spot for a chilled drink on a summer’s evening as the sun goes down.
We worked with CGC for our wedding which involved a marquee at our local village hall, carpets, lighting, tables, chairs and other furnishings.
Our experience was exceptional. From the early ideas, design and costing, right through to set-up and removal they were excellent.
CGC offered lots of options (things we hadn't even thought of) and guided us through the process.
